The homeowners began the renovation on their own but encountered major struggles in scheduling and budget. They considered giving up on the project. We discussed the project management triangle with the client and understood what they valued as key success points for their project, then worked to achieve those goals. Proma was hired to oversee all aspects of the renovation and work directly with trades, suppliers, engineers, designers, and sub-contractors to rescue the project.
We performed a wide variety of services including project administration, coordination and construction oversight. This required regular-site visits, capital cost budgeting, invoice tracking, regular project meetings and reports.
