Working under Cityspace Project Management, Proma will offer Owner representation and buildout oversight for all tenants to occupy 81 Bay St. Foodhall (Tower 1). Proma is entirely responsible for project management. This includes but is not limited to: new tenant onboarding, all landlord as well as tenant start-up document submission and sign off, process mapping along with planning between various stakeholders, vendors, clients, and tenants. In addition to this Proma will provide stakeholder communications, risk management as well as assessment, design and construction oversight, capital budgeting and planning, process governance, project scheduling and planning, quality control, resource management, change control, bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, and resource management.
