Working under Cityspace Project Management, Proma will provide project administration and coordination for the renovation of 100 Yonge and 4 King Foodhall at Scotia Plaza. The responsibilities of Proma will include, but are not limited to, project scheduling, project capital tracking as well as reporting, contract review, invoice review, start-up and closeout documents, meeting reports, data collection in addition to uploading all project related documents to the owner’s secure cloud, logging of issues, and risk assessments.
