Working with Square IN design as a primary consultant on York Region’s office renovation, Proma was hired to provide aspects of project management assistance. This included services in scheduling, budget estimation (Class D & B), coordination and administration, meeting hosting hosting and minutes, and bi-weekly project reporting.
