Working under Cityspace Project Management, Proma provided construction management and project management services for the 36th floor buildout of Ivanhoe Cambridge new office space at 81 Bay St, Toronto (CIBC square). This included initiation and budget planning, formal RFP services for General Construction, Owner’s representation, risk planning, capital planning, formal RFP for office furniture procurement, site visits and documentation, invoice tracking and review, start-up document oversight, and closeout document oversight.
