Working under Cityspace Project Management, Proma provided move management and coordination services to Ivanhoe Cambridge from 95 Wellington to 81 Bay St. Proma successfully executed the move of 4 floors and approximately 75 employees. Due to Covid-19 the move was strategically phased to ensure proper social distancing as well as adherence to safety protocols for all parties involved. The move consisted of all employee belongings, IT equipment, purging of old documents, packing of all high-density filing areas, and local files. Move activities were conducted after-hours and over the weekend to eliminate disruptions to the daily operations.
